Compensation In Case Of Death
If any worker or employee dies immediately or during treatment as a result of an accident while doing the works designated by the Enterprise, compensation equivalent to the amount of Three years of remuneration of the deceased shall be provided by the Proprietor, in lumps to the nearest heir of the deceased
